Over at Digital Whisper we had a fun "Spring Fling" weekend and this was one of the pieces I created, called POISON IVY. The model was from this source and the photo below. I used it to create the ivy on the model. The sparkles were from a standard PhotoShop brush which I used at the largest setting.
