Digital Mania Challenge Inspired by MARSHA BALIAN

Marsha Balian is a mixed media artist who uses hand drawn faces and collage items to create very unusual art projects.  Because I can't draw faces, I selected a photo by Eugene Partyzan from Deposit Photos and changed the face portion for a more 'cartoon' appearance.  I added a top hat, some backgrounds and a few 'bugs' to leave a little for the imagination.
